Busy weekend

This weekend was an exciting weekend for Pharmalogics. On Saturday the team took on a fierce competitor in Quest Diagnostics at the Easter Seals Softball Tournament. Easter Seals is a nonprofit charitable organization that assists more than one million children and adults with autism and other disabilities annually through a network of more than 550 service sites in the US, Australia, and Canada. Business in Basel

After melting through the heat of the weekend in Basel, Monday morning brought a sweet reprieve for Megan Driscoll; Monday signaled the start of BD meetings in Basel. First thing in the morning Megan and Eric prepared Maddy and Bailey for their first day of European Football camp.  Then shortly after the kids were dropped off at camp Megan visited Novartis for a few business meetings. On Wedneday afternoon Megan and her family landed in London, England. They spent one day seeing the sites and enjoying a good ‘ole English pub.                 Early on Friday morning the family flew to Basel Switzerland, which will be their home base for the next month. Why Basel?!

If you’ve been following Pharmalogics on Linkedin you’ve probably seen our statuses about our new office opening in Basel Switzerland. Early Wednesday morning Pharmalogics President Megan Driscoll loaded four 50lb bags, and 4 heavy carry-ons, her two children, Maddy and Bailey, and her husband Eric, (although I’m sure he helped) into a van bound for Logan airport to hop a plane across the pond.   We are ecstatic to open our first European office in Basel Switzerland.
