Quarter IV Development Day at PharmaLogics

Last week, PharmaLogics hosted a fantastic development meeting at The Corner Pub Karaoke bar in order to recap highlights of Quarter IV and to review 2019 goals. 2018 was a year of growth for PLR with our BD exceeding our goal of onboarding new clients and the People and Culture team working to hire and train new recruiters as our staff continues to expand. Our development day meetings give us the time to highlight the company’s progress in the past 90 days, the future direction, and to call attention to the key people who have stood out throughout the quarter. We announced a Most Valuable Player and a Most Improved Player for the quarter. Our People and Culture team also reviewed some of the great perks we currently offer to employees, and they are in process of conducting more surveys to understand what is wanted by our staff (list of perks below!):

The development meeting also gave us a chance to relax and have fun as a team outside the office, as well as learn that some of our recruiters have some pretty incredible hidden talents – shout out to Val from Team BD for her amazing rendition of Alicia Keys!
