Executive Recruiter

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be involved in researching and qualifying candidates for high-profile executive positions in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. In your first 90 days with the company, you will be teamed with a seasoned professional recruiter and put in a comprehensive training program to learn how to excel in our business. Don’t worry, no experience in biopharma is required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Beyond the first year, there is opportunity to grow within our innovative company based on your overall performance. High-performing Executive Recruiters have the option to move into a management role within a year of joining.

Our office is located in a brand new building in North Quincy, a 5 minute walk from the Red Line with free access to parking. All employees have access to a state of the art fitness facility and onsite cafe.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit biotech and pharmaceutical professionals for specific positions through outbound calls, networking, and internet recruiting.
  • Interview candidates to determine technical skill set and career goals.
  • Work closely with your candidates to provide career guidance & match with appropriate job opportunities at our biotech and pharmaceutical client companies.
  • Utilize online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment while being accountable for individual weekly and quarterly goals.
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish placement goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 1-3 years of sales or related experience

Director of Operations

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations is responsible for the oversight, management, ongoing development and success of the project management group. This will include ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and client growth along with the indirect oversight and management of our recruitment function. A team of 10 Project Managers will report into the Director of Operations.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • -Management of Project Managers and indirect management of all recruiters; develop each Project Manager's leadership skills and guide each Project Manager in overseeing a team of recruiters
  • -Oversee, develop, train, hold accountable and mentor Project Managers
  • -Meet weekly with all Project Managers to review workload and performance metrics
  • -Maintain a thorough and in depth understanding of all clients and relationship dynamics in order to provide insight and direction to ensure the most successful outcomes
  • -Collaborate with and provide guidance to Project Managers on workload
  • -Ensure Project Managers successfully satisfy clients and maintain positive client relationships
  • -Work with Projects Management team to understand the big picture of the business, further develop financial acumen, develop a metric-driven mindset, and a strategic mindset for upselling to existing customers
  • -Cross-functionally collaborate with Head of Business Development to ensure smooth client onboarding, identify unique network opportunities, and guarantee client satisfaction

  • -5+ years of leadership experience
  • -Experience leading a team of managers
